Editor Checklist

During each deadline, I create lists for each editor of what we need to check most. This was our list for deadline one. They keep these lists and refer to them while designing. I try to be as specific as possible to make last minute deadline checking easier on all of us. We go over them together right before deadline and make a list of each page, then cross out the page when each detail was met and the page is perfect before it is sent out for proofs.
