Theme Copy

This is the theme copy for our current yearbook on our divider. I wrote this at MIPA summer workshops. The last word in each body of copy is the title of the section, and a color that is in the section. For example, the last word is "promise" which the title of our people section. It is typed in "kalinga", which is our title font.

Dancing in a Winter Wonderland

This is a homecoming story I wrote in our 2013-2014 yearbook. My favorite part about this story is that I interviewed people for this story during the actual dance. I feel that it made the story much easier and more fun to write.

Hometown Heroes

I wrote this story my sophomore year about the first "Hometown Heroes" football game. It was an amazing experience because I was able to get to know Jon Hills and teacher Todd Koehn so well just by interviews and photos. My favorite part is how much this story touches my heart and I know it means a lot to Koehn.
