2015 Ladder
This is our 2015 ladder I created at the beginning of the year. After discussing with the staff what they wanted to see featured in the book, I had them write which pages they would like to be in charge of, ranging from one to five for each deadline. I went home and spent three hours assigning the pages, giving everyone at least two pages that were in their top two choices. I created the ladder for organization and I often refer to it while grading at deadline time.
